Ohh terrible eating habits!!!

Almost 2 weeks ago I got some friends together to do an 8 week health challenge thing. I started Whole30 about 3 days prior. Week 1 I totally rocked! 
-I lost 3 lbs
-ate all my fruits and veggies
-drank lots and lots of water
-exercised

I was legit. 

This week all things legit went out the window!

When I would run these groups in the past I used to be scared or worried about what the other group members would think of me when I would bomb so bad. I made myself the example and if I sucked how would I be helping them. HELLO Jessica- you promote health and talk about it and you cant do it yourself???

I had a light bulb go off...

I AM HUMAN
I HAVE STRUGGLES
I NEED TO OWN MY WEAKNESSES





There you have it. Raw and real. I may very well suck and struggle but to learn from it I NEED to own it and move on!
