Those days where you feel like Shiz

Welcome to Jessica's pity party, where party favors are not included and its BYOB (bring your own beverage).

There are days where you just seriously dislike yourself. You continuously talk down on yourself and figuratively put yourself in a choke hold. Welcome to my current state of  mind. I have not been my most awesome chipper self for a wee bit because these feeling are kinda common. I can count the "good" days on both hands. Thinking about this makes it worse. Duhh Jessica

I am not here to spread the drama or to solicit sympathy. I just want you to know:

You are not alone!

What you do need to do is find out what works for you to be lifted from these funks. Everyone works completely different. If I suggest: read a few inspirational quotes when your feeling down. It may or may not work for you. I get discouraged, get up and try something different.
